TERMINATION AND ACCESS RESTRICTION
Radiant Journey LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby consent to resolve any disputes arising under or related to the website or the Terms of Use according to the Arbitration Clause above. PAYMENT, SCHEDULING, & CANCELLATION TERMS
ONE-ON-ONE SESSION POLICY: No refunds are given for services. In the event that a client needs to reschedule a session, they must provide at least a 24-hour notice to apply funds to future services. In exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, other determinations may be made. Inappropriate behavior by the client, actual or potential conflicts of interest, or other reasons deemed unacceptable by Radiant Journey LLC will result in a refusal to work together with the refund of monies spent.

COURSE POLICY: All participants of intensive (courses) and all aspects of its work offerings who are paying annually and must discontinue study, agree to cancel their plans in writing via email addresses to????????????? at radiantjourney.life within the first 14 days after initial payment to receive a full-refund. After the 14th day, students revoke their right to all refunds of any money spent.
Month-to-Month Membership payment plans may be canceled before the 1st of each month, with no refund of previous monthly fees. Should a student violate the Terms of Service or Code of Ethics agreed upon signup, the student will face membership expulsion and find their payment plan terminated without refund, no matter their length of stay.

Radiant Journey LLC holds the right to change the content and facilitators of any group at any time. Such changes do not qualify participants for a refund of any kind.

SELF-PACED STUDY POLICY: Once a self-paced study is purchased (including mini-courses and presentations), the client has 24 hours to request a full refund. After 24 hours, clients revoke their right to all refunds, regardless of the start time of the self-study course.

SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP COMMUNITY: All participants of a community subscription membership (“the community”) are responsible for payment of regular fees, whether monthly or annually, at the time they are due or are removed from the community. No refunds are given for membership purchased; however, members can unsubscribe or pause their account any time. Membership upgrade subscription fees are automatically pro-rated. Membership community benefits according to subscription level are as indicated at the time of subscription. Radiant Journey reserves the right to change membership community benefits as it suits the community structure without warning.

NO WARRANTIES:
Radiant Journey LLC makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of the website. We further make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the information, contents, materials, documents, programs, products, books, or services included on or through the website. To the fullest extent permissible under the law, Radiant Journey LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
